ABC has locked in its scripted commitments for the 2009-10 season.
The news, which was confirmed to the site exclusively by network and studio sources, includes some adjustments to its previously indicated episode orders.

Elisha Cuthbert is joining “the forgotten” on ABC starting February 2010.
Cuthbert has been cast in a recurring role — Maxine Denver, a Chicago professional who is “forced to put her skepticism of ‘amateur detectives’ aside when The Forgotten Network begins investigating a case close to home,” according to the ABC press release.

ABC has picked up five more episodes of its Tuesday night crime drama “The Forgotten” and has decided against ordering additional episodes of Wednesday’s “Eastwick.”
